Or do they just take your credit card number to hold it?

If they actually charge it, how does that work with the DDP?

Let them know you have the ddp but they do ask to put a CC on hold.

handled like a dinner show. pay in full at booking if not on DDP. provide credit card as security if on DDP

I've just made my ADR for CRT in October, not oN ddp, and they did debit my credit card but the good news is with the strong pound being charged now has made it an absolute bargain in English terms. Might even book the breakfast for our third week as it works out so economical.
