We will be there in just about 10 days now!! This trip will be 3 sisters and their (6)children and our mother. My boys are 5 and 7. Sister #2 has boys 8 and 10 and Sister #3 has twins who are 2.

Sister #3 has made reservations for everyone for breakfast at CRT. My boys really love Stitch and would love to meet him. We are staying at the Poly, so the Stitch at O'hana would be ultra convenient.

Question: Would we regret it if we missed the chance to go 'inside the castle?'
The boys have always wondered what was in there (like the rest of us) but are not interested in the princesses. Plus, there are so many things to do, I don't think I want to do 2 character breakfasts.

For those of you who have done it, is CRT not-to-be-missed?

personally we thought 'Ohana had better character interaction. We went to CRT for our daughter, our son thought nothing of it. He LOVED 'Ohana.

We took my daughter to CRT and none of us were that impressed - I would suggest Animal Kingdom with Donald Duck - that is far more fun and my daughter wants to go back there in February. The CM are fun too!

For boys that age -- definately Ohana!

I have 2 boys (11 & 10) and a daughter (8) -- did CRT 2 years ago -- was nice to say we'd done it; but it was not on any of their lists to do again (we did go to 1900 Park Faire -- the boys wanted nothing to do with Cinderella).

Unless the boys really wanted to see the princesses or wanted to eat in the castle, I would skip it. I think they would have more fun at Ohana with Stitch. Unless its you, your sisters and mom who want to eat in the castle. But I dont see the boys enjoying it all that much.

Ohana's breakfast for Lilo & Stitch. Until your DS's are teens - the Princesses are more for girls.

OK, I am going to be the voice of difference here, I guess. Now, my 3 year old at the time really loved princesses (DS) so I made the ADR for him. But my older DS (8 at the time) loved eating in the castle. My DH also thought it was really neat. There was a suit of armor, you could look out the windows and it was just really cool. The food was great and it was definitely something that everyone should experience once. My older DS definitely did not like the princesses but even he thought this was one of the best meals that we had. You might be surprised at the reactions you get by taking a group of boys there!
