I have some questions about the points but am unable to send messages yet. If our
Trip would start November 30 2026, but go beyond that (for beach club) would that prevent me from using these points?

Or if I were to rent AKL and the stay started Nov 28, 2026 and went one week, could this work?

I've rented for many times off private owners on DIS, DIBB and brokers.

It's the first time I've never received replies either on the forum or via DM. There's always a small element of risk renting DVC points and this sets too many alarm bells off for me. Apologies if there is an innocent reason you have not replied.

On our initial exchange on October 5th via PM I replied to you within 10 minutes, but after that you made a date change to your stay and the booking window was not open yet for the new dates so I left myself a note.

The availability for the dates I requested for Riviera went pretty quickly. I had an alternative option which I also knew would go pretty quickly, so had to go with plan B sadly.

Yes unfortunately some studios go really quick and require you be there at 8AM on the dot in front of your PC ready to click the blue button. I've done it in the past a few times but with my kids being 5-7-9 the morning school routine is intense this year and 8AM is very hard for me to do as I'm often stuck in traffic at this time.

I could only book a room starting on 12/1, so you'd have to find another renter for 11/29 and 11/30 but its possible!

I would love to chat with you about that possibility! Having someone already when the 11 month mark hits is definitely what I was looking for! We are really wanting a one bedroom at AK but, not overly fussed about view and building. Though Savannah would of course be nice.
