I was just comparing the lunch and dinner menus according to allears. It appears they do not offer a beef dish for lunch. Yet they offer 2 fish dishes, a veggie dish and 2 pork dishes (assuming the ribs are pork).

Does the menu change there often? Perhaps seasonally? Seems not long ago they were offering a pasta dish with veggies and goat cheese. As well as a beef dish.

I have a lunch ADR, which I am going to try to change to either breakfast or dinner if the lunch menu is that limited regarding chicken and beef.

There used to be a dish with beef called Major Domo's Pie. I know it's been taken off the menu but I see the ribs now are called Major Domo. It makes me wonder if the ribs are in fact beef.

We've only eaten lunch there once as that's the way our ADRs have worked out for us. We've eaten dinner there three times and it was good, but we've eaten breakfast there three times (maybe four) and we like it a little better. Plus, they are unveiling a new breakfast menu and they will bring out more food at breakfast.

WDW sample menus are showing a short rib dish that seems to be a fairly recent addition to lunch.
