CRT Lunch - good food or just ehh?

Beside the setting and the picture, is the food at lunch good? How's the salmon dish and the major domo (beef pot pie dish?).

We went into lunch with the expectation that the food wouldn't be that great...that we were there for the atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised. I thought the major domo was delicious and so did dh.

We ate there a few years ago and were pretty underwhelmed by the food. I think I got the salmon and it was just ok but nothing special. We ate their 100% for the setting. The food was nothing special and far from memorable. The setting on the other hand was pretty cool. Even for my three young boys.

The first time we went I loved the major domo pie. I wasn't sure what I was getting and it was very good. The next year we got the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. Of course, just like anywhere, if it's not cooked as you want it then you should send it back.

I got the Major Domo Pie and it was really good. I was surprised.

I asked for it without the drizzle.

DH & both my girls got the sandwich and really liked it.

I also liked the antipasto plate and the dessert.

Maggie, a picture is worth a thousand words. The majordomo does look good.
