I've asked similar questions before, but can't seem to get a straight answer. My 180 window opens shortly, so I guess I need to figure it out.

We have 3 families going, for a total of 10 people. 7 are on the dining plan, 3 are not.

So, first off.... Does CRT accept reservations for parties of 10?

If reserving over the phone, is there any problem with reserving 7 people by using dining credits, and reserving 3 people using pre-payment?

And in regards to the 7 people on the dining plan -- It is 2 families with linked resort-reservations. Any problem with 1 person calling for the reservation for both families?

Pretty sure CRT does large parties. (haven't heard of a place not)

Next, it is possible for 1 person to make the ressie for everyone. Problem is, whoever does needs to have a credit card for those not on the plan. Those people will have to pay up front.

Your best bet is to call and have a CM at the dining number help you schedule this. As whoever calls will need all reservation numbers and the CC.

Good luck!!

Thanks for the help. Yes, I anticipated putting the non-DP people on my credit card, and getting reimbursed.

If anyone knows, for 10 people, it's 3 photo packages?

You can book the whole party in one reservation. If you call and do it over the phone they don't care if part of the party has dining plan & part doesn't. Tell them you want to use your dining plan & they will book the reservation without charging your credit card. They will still need the card information in case you don't show up, but they won't charge you. Then on the day of the reservation you can let the wait staff know who's on the dining plan & who isn't. You can't do it that way online, online automatically charges the card.
And yes a party of 10 should get 3 photo packages.
Good luck!

For everyone saying you have to have a CC for those on the dining plan... it was my understanding that regardless of paying OOP or DP, they still require a CC, in case you cancel, and they need to charge you the cancellation fee.
