They don't appear at any meals.

If they did, I tend to think people would trample the other princesses trying to get to them.

At this point, the princesses at meals are pretty set, there's the standard you see 98% of the time. When people like Rapunzel, Merida (crt) or even Mulan, Mary Poppins, or Alice (akershus) show up it's usually because a spare friend is called in.

This definitely won't be happening with the frozen sisters anytime soon thanks to them having trouble casting friends for them. I also don't think Elsa's dress is well suited for dining locations…but that might just be me!
