CRT - how is CC credited after adding DDP

Hi! I just added the DDP to my package yesterday. I had previously booked CRT and paid via credit card. How do I get my credit card credited for the CRT ADR? I didn't think to ask the CM when I added the DDP to my ressie.

Also, do I need to call Disney Dining and have them somehow link my dining ADR's to the DDP now that I have added it?

I think that they need a cc to hold the reservation and then on the day of your meal, you will pay however you choose (cc, cash, DDP) There are a few ADR's that require a cc to hold the reservation - I know CRT and HHDR are two of them. Have fun - I hope to get a ADR to CRT in August!!!

My credit card was actually charged back in October when I made my ADR at 180 days out. So...it's been long paid for. Yikes, I'm confused!

I am on the DDP and the CM forgot and charged my card. They said it would take anywhere from 1-2 billing cycles to refund my money. I say that's BS. Once you reverse it it only takes a few days. I called them every two weeks and it was teh same thing "It takes 2 billing cycles." FINALLY two billing cycles came and went and I called them and she said "Oh they didn't put it through right. I'm doing it now the correct way." Took 2 days.

I think WDW holds onto the money on purpose IMO.
