CRT have to pay at time of ADR?

I heard something that when making an ADR for CRT, you have to pre-pay. How does this work with the dining plan?

I believe that they hold it with your CC but do not charge it...I am going to move this question over to the DDP board where our DDP experts will be able to answer it for you..

that's correct. for dinner shows (which is what CRT effectively is), a credit card is required for securing it (in case of noshows) but nothing is charged when on the DDP. if not on the DDP, it is charged at time of booking.

I booked it for January and looked at my CC statement online the other day and the charge is there. I was told at the time of the reservation if we use the DDP my card would be credited back. No matter what, I'm bringing the statement with us on the trip to CMA.

I was wondering about that. I have my DDE card but was charged the full amount on my credit card for the CRT lunch for all 11 of us.

That is how it worked for us last year on the DDP. We did give our CC info when booking CRT, but there was never a charge to our CC.
