CRT for 7. Best way to book?

Hello Everyone. I've been reading that it's very difficult to book CRT for parties of 6+. We will be traveling as a group 7. I understand we may not be able to sit together; however, we do have a few very tiny people, so once we get there we may squeeze together if allowed. If not, I hope our tables are close to one another.

But, my real question is, what is the best way for me to make a ressie for 7? What number should I call? Should I call BLT concierge, where we'll be staying? I don't have a problem tying up $$$ on CC because we're paying OOP anyway, but I don't know if we can book two tables at our 180 day mark with only one resort ressie.

Oooh, I would love to know this answer too. We will be taking my ILs in January and want to have dinner in the Castle (there will be 6 of us all together). My MIL has never eaten in the Castle before and she will freak if we could get an ADR there.

Though we are not quite 8, I thought about calling the Grand Gathering people to see if they knew if it was possible (so I could just call them when my 180 day window opens), but I can't seem to find a number for them. Anyone got one?

The CM I just spoke to in special dining services did not seem to comprehend that anyone had ever had an issue doing this....and I could barely understand her.

For Dec. 2010, i just called the regular dining number and was able to book a table for 7. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. I don't know if it has changed since then or not.

We've booked CRT for a party of 7 before and had no problem. And actually, we even changed our time to a different time not too far out from our trip w/o a problem either. I think you'll be fine!
