I made the dining reservations and they asked if you have anything to celebrate. I entered our First Visit information, but I was wondering if there is any special awknowledgement?

Not necessarily.

It's possible when you check in or when your server comes to the table they may say "I see it is your first visit, I hope you are having fun" but even that may or may not happen.

I've noticed with all the restaurants it is hit or miss if they acknowledge the event you list on the adr. We celebrated our anniversary in Sept and had it noted on all adrs. Some places gave us special desserts and confetti on the table while others didn't even say "Happy Anniversary". I go into assuming they won't do anything and then IF they do feel grateful :goodvibes

In Sept/early Oct, it was my birthday & the kids' first visits. I added both celebrations on every dining reservation. I usually got a cupcake for my birthday, but the kids did not get anything. With the exception of 'Ohana dinner & maybe Chef Mickey's breakfast. So I wouldn't expect anything, except maybe an acknowledgment from CMs. DD wouldn't wear her 1st visit button for long since it bothered her. DS1 was too young to wear his!
