The only charecters my daughter REALLY wants to meet is the mice from Cinderella. At the CRT dinner do the mice come around to all the tables or is it just a show they do? We've never been here for dinner before and I don't want to pay the $$ if my DD won't get to meet the mice.

Thanks for your help.

We really enjoyed eating dinner in the castle last May (2008). Not quite as crazy-loud & busy as most character meals, so that was nice (we were all adults in our party.) The mice maids came around to the tables for a quick picture...they started around to the tables probably 15 minutes before the Fairy Godmother came out to do her little song routine. The mice made it to all the tables, and did stop long enough to take pictures with those who wanted them.

The Fairy Godmother does not visit tables and does not pose for pictures. She does wander around a bit while she's singing though, so if you're ready with your camera you may be able to get a good picture of her. When she's done singing she leaves right away, no pausing on the way out either.

We have done dinner twice and breakfast twice at CRT never lunch. At dinner the food is IMHO better than breakfast but Cinderella is a really quick one minute for photo and autographs at both meals. Still satisfies my DD every time though. The mice stop at 'most' tables at dinner for a quick photo. Although this last trip we did get photos with both mice they don't stay long enough for the children to stand next to them etc. time before we didn't get a photo with the one in blue at all - too quick. The fairy godmother doesn't stop at all for a photo except in the middle of the room when she sings her song.

I think the atmosphere of the castle is worth the trip in itself, if you need to see Cinderella then it becomes a must. You get better Cinderella interaction at dinner at 1900 PF but we personally would never return there as the food was so awful.

Just don't expect the cRT dinner to be a traditional character meal.
