Is this a character meal?

I recently found out that Cinderella is in the lobby and you get pictures with her and then the Fairy Godmother puts on some sort of show but that there isn't table to table character interaction. I also heard rumors of princesses getting wands and princes getting swords, I am hoping for some confirmation of this and details about what the show involves. We are keeping our ressie for dinner because the food looks better at dinner and our DD has a BBB reservation before the meal at the castle so I don't want to change it but I'm sure hoping someone who has done the dinner can give us details of what the meal is like, what the show is like, etc.

I thought the same that the menu looked better for dinner, we did lunch last time and it was enjoyable, thought we'd do dinner this time but wanted the specifics! lol!

Had dinner at CRT on 12/29/07. The dinner package includes a photograph with Cinderella. The photo is taken on the first floor while you wait for your table. The picture is delivered to your table during the dinner. The young princesses did get a wand and the little pirates a sword.

The fairy godmother and mice perform a short 5-10 minute show during your meal. The mice move about the room but don't stay very long at the tables. The godmother stays close the the center of the room.

I ordered the prime rib and DW the salmon. It was good but not great.

Breakfast and lunch have the princesses. Dinner has the fairy godmother, Suzy and Perla. I have done all three meals and I like lunch there best!

We attended dinner here in November and it was fantastic! I had the lavender chicken and DH had the salmon, can't remember what DS had! DS did get a sword on the way in and we did get a picture taken with Cinderella!

We prefer lunch over donner because of the char. and we go with two little girls... if you are going for the menu.. then dinner may be better for you..
