CRT Dinner Timing...

So back in June we dined early at CRT (4:00PM) and didn't even think of timing the dinner with Spectromagic and Wishes. We were too darn happy to be able to get into the Castle restaurant period. We had our first meal of the trip at CRT and were on cloud nine for the remainder of the day. One interesting thing I didn't share in our trip report is that when it was time to go back for viewing Spectromagic (9PM) and Wishes (10PM), we parked ourselves immediately to the right of the Castle stage (directly underneath Tinker Bell's Flight). There were 2 CMs there to ward off the masses from climbing over the rope that separated them from the small bridge leading up to BBB and CRT entrances. I asked her if we could go up there and she said that area for reserved for guests who had dinner at CRT, people who had reserved it 180 days in advance. I told her we had dined at the Castle earlier that day (showed her the CRT early dinner receipt), but the CM flatly stated it was for guests who had reserved a later dinner time. So being a 'newbie' I figured it might have been something along the lines of what happens at DHS with Fantastmic and didn't question it any further. Our family was content to simply enjoyed the night shows from behind the rope, closer to the crowds. Soooo when I called to make our June 2010 ressies and related this story to the CM making our F! dinner ressies, she wasn't aware of any such arrangements with CRT. In fact she even called a supervisor and asked about it. Nope. No such reservation package exists for CRT/Wishes. Now I am wondering what would be the best time to book CRT to make it coincide with the Spectro/Wishes viewing. We would like to time our ressie so as to leave the restaurant just in time to watch some of Spectromagic and Wishes from the viewing area 'reserved' for CRT dinner guests. Any thoughts?? :confused3

Does anyone have any suggestions? :confused3

I've never heard of such a thing. I know there are reserved parade spots for VIP people, but I haven't heard of anything for dining at CRT.

^^^ I haven't either which is why I'm curious. I thought the 'mystery' would have been resolved by the CM who booked our ADRs, but nope, no such luck. Now if there was anyone else out there who would know what that MK CM was talking about about, it would be great.

There is no package to book. If you eat when dinner is going on you may be detained out front of the podium and can see the fireworks from there (and honestly the view is pretty bad) but there's no special CRT dinner package. Sorry.
They don't let people stand on the bridge at all. The CM's keep it clear for safety reasons. There are ropes at the other side too to keep Guests from wandering around Fantasyland during the fireworks.
