CRT DDP question...

I have a friend whose family of four (2 DAdults, 1 DKid, 1DBaby) will be dining at CRT for lunch on the DDP. She is currently planning tipping expenses. I wanted to verify that the tip is included at this location before I give her an answer. I know for other table service the tip is not included. Thanks in advanced for the info!!!!
