Does anyone have (a) blank Chef Mickey and CRT letterhead to write your children a letter and/or (b) wording that you have used? 
I'm getting ready to do the letters to my girls (DD4 DD2) and thought I saved the letterheads but after putting the trip on hold (chemo/surgery) I must have deleted them! 
HELP please!
