CRT Breakfast tipping question

Since we pre-paid for CRT Breakfast, does that mean that the tip was already paid as well? Are drinks included in what we paid? Thanks in advance!!

When we went in September of 2009, we were not on the dining plan, and were told gratuity was taken care of. We never even got a bill. We asked for one and were told because we pre-paid, we were all set.
