CRT breakfast menu

So, I have a quick question...

I noticed that the breakfast menu for Cinderella royal table contain lot of salty plates...I will eat there with my mother on our first day and she is quite a picky eater (since she doesn't like salty food for breakfast). Do you think it's possible to ask for her something else out of the menu? Like fruit, yogurt or something like that?
