We decided on an early breakfast meal at CRT ~ a nice almost-empty Park for Main Street and Castle photo's and also you're not restricted to having to be at a certain place at a certain time midway through the day. Holidaying with young children last trip we found our plans tended to change at short notice afternoons onward
Breakfast was much better than dinner in my opinion.
We felt a bit rushed at dinner as it was a 3 course. Where as breakfast you have your pasteurise then what you ordered and are left to eat etc. When we had dinner our main was brought over before we finished our starter.

It is not great value on either really but it is certainly an experience. I think I would only pay OOP again if it was a special occasion as it is a lot of money for breakfast. I will use DDP credits there quite happily if on free DDP.
Were only on the QSDP so we would be paying OOP. Not sure if my inlaws or my son would enjoy it so I'm thinking of having a girlie meal with my daughter (aged 10) and leaving the hubby, son and inlaws to do their own thing haha

That sounds lovely. Im currently debating booking a CRT breakfast or lunch and the only reason Im leaning towards breakfast is so I can get some quiet photos on main street before all the hoards wander in
I have done breakfast and lunch here several times and personally prefer the lunch menu. It is frenetic in there at all times I think. I would say though that once the mine train opens that an early seating there and the chance to get to the front of that line first is appealing! It's not like Chef Mickey's either where you don't always see all the characters. We have always seen all the princesses and they really make a fuss of little girls. The thing that slows it all down are the handful of 'entitled' families who inevitably want a marathon photo session with every single character. And video footage. And then some more photos. And a chat. They get on my nerves......

You are at disney you have paid thousands to be there you deserve a marathon photo session. Ha ha. I know what you mean. We met Rapunzel and Snow White behind a family with 5 girls they had separate photos, sister photos, cousin photos and the mum wanted one with just Rapunzel. DD is normally very good waiting but she was getting fed up waiting in between princesses.

There is a thread for each month on the restaurant part of the dis boards for people that offer what they are about to cancel. I have managed to get a few on there when I have wanted to change days around.
