CRT Breakfast ADR Question

I am returning to WDW and DIS after a 5 year break and I've found that a lot has changed! We have been fortunate in the past to take my DD to Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast on the morning of her birthday. In the past my DH and I would be frantically dialing the phones at 7 am 90 days out from her BD hoping and praying to get what was then called a "Priority Seating". Some how we managed to get these coveted reservations for each of my DD's Birthdays - ages 4-8.

We have a trip planned for my DD'd 13th Birthday this year. We will be at WDW Dec 8-13. Are breakfast ADR's at CRT still very hard to obtain? Other than the 6 AM online ADR process - which I've read about on DIS - is there any other way to attempt to get this ADR?

I know there are other "princess" breakfasts; however this particular location has many memories and we would really love to go back. Any suggestions you can give me would be much appreciated.

Yes, they're still popular, and your best chance is to continue trying to book as soon as your reservation window opens.

If you are on 90 + 10 reservations and the day you want CRT is not the first day of your resort reservation, make that reservation first, and if you can, schedule it as close to the end of the 10 day window as possible.
