These were amazing...made them this morning. I got 11 muffins from the batter...next time I would use paper liners, I greased the pan and it was a little hard getting them out. So oops, I had to eat one, very yummy! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for posting! I'm going to try to make the blueberry (served with lemon ice cream) and also the chocolate buckle that was posted in a link from the same page. Does anyone remember what flavor ice cream was served with this at CRT when they offered it?

the choc buckle is one of the best disney recipes I've ever tried! Was it just vanilla ice cream??
