CRT and new MK Rope Drop - any experience to share?

Checking to see if anyone has done an early (8-815 am) ADR at CRT and then made Fantasyland Rope Drop to see A&E. If so, how did it go? Any tips or pointers for the rest of us? How long was your wait?
