CRT and MK admission question

I wanted an ADR for CRT breakfast for 3 people, but I was only able to get and ADR for 2 people. The CRT day is going to be a MK day and our ADR is for 8:05am. My daughter and I will be going to the breakfast.

My question is, since there are only 2 people listed on the ADR, will my husband still be able to get into the MK with us so he can stroll Main Street or just relax on the benches until we our finished with CRT or will he have to wait until park opening to arrive at MK?

I'd be surprised if they let him in to be honest.....one thing you might want to do is try and few days before to see if they can change it from 2 people to 3......hopefully someone with experience of this will be able to help.

I have expierenced them being rather strict on this at all parks where you have a ADR before the park opens.

Usually there is a clearly marked queue entry point with one turnstile open, they check you form a list with your name or ADR res number and then you are allowed in.

Depending on the location of the breakfast they will either escort you to that place or allow you to make your way there.

However parts of the park are roped off and you can only get to the breakfast, so at MK Cystal palace and CRT are open and a route ot them wil lbe open form the gate but everything is roped off.

The resorts are sometimes like this as well, with Chef Mickeys an example. If driving from another Disney resort the guard at the entrance to the Contemporary cark park, will check you on the list, ask you for photo ID nad give you a parking permit at Contemporary for say a few hours.

This avoids people walking to the MK and leaving their car there all day.

In your case it depends on the CM at the turnstile, try again and again to see if you can increase to three that avoids the problem, cancelations occur at all times and 1 is an odd number so you might be lucky.

But for Cindys and before park opening be careful.

You might want ot arrange a meeting place in MK for later that morning to be safe if they do not allow you all in.

Thanks! I've been trying to see if I can get the table for 3 but with no luck. It's no big deal if he has to wait an extra 30-45 minutes to get into the MK. He can just hang back at the resort for a bit then head over.

When we walked through the gate last year, they asked me if I had an ADR and I said yes and that was it. They did not ask me how many were eating with the ADR. I'm sure it depends on the CM though.

They checked our name on a list at the gate. Only the number reserved is allowed in the park. We saw other people try and get in, but they said the park was not open yet. Only reservation holders could get in. My husband and son came later when the park opened and met us at Dumbo.
