CRT and DDE

I plan to purchase the DDE card for our June trip. I am making ADRs soon for our trip and plan to go to CRT for dinner, but I want to use the DDE card. I don't yet have the card because June is still six months away.

How will they handle this when I call? Will they charge my credit card right away? How will I get the money back by using the DDE?

When I made my reservation, they said that to hold the reservation they needed the CC number, but if we didn't show up and didn't cancel in advance, it would be charged. This was the deal when using the DDP, I'm not sure what happens when you aren't on the DDP.

I just booked CRT....yes they do give the DDE discount...

If you are not on DDP....(I didn't buy it yet)....you have to pay full
price upfront....they need 24hrs cancellation.
I told them about the DDE card....they applied the discount....didn't even
ask them my number or anything

Thanks! We usually do the dining plan, but know matter how many times I crunch the numbers the new changes just don't work for us. Thanks again!
