CRT and Akershus?

We are actually doing both for our upcoming trip and I was also wondering if it's too much "princess" time. I have 2 girls, 10 & 6 so my reasoning was my youngest might not be into the princesses much longer. I'm doing the castle more for the experience of eating in the castle since DD6 was only 1 last time we ate there. I picked Akershus for breakfast because my husband loves to eat a big breakfast at least once. We did Chef Mickey's last time and didn't have a great experience. Plus my DD6 loves Belle. So it looks like I'm keeping both as of right now,

For our upcoming trip, we are having breakfast at Akershus twice and eating dinner at CRT once. My kids are 12 and 10 and still love the characters whether they be princesses or not. We even have dinner at BOG one night as well. Akershus is my family's favorite breakfast in all of WDW (we can't get enough of the cheesy potato casserole ), plus like a PP had mentioned we are hoping to get in line to see Anna and Elsa after our breakfast, at least one of the days, since both breakfasts are before the park opens :goodvibes.

Sounds like our upcoming trip this summer. We have BOG for dinner two nights (DH has declared that his favorite and requested we eat there twice and I lucked out with getting the first day of our trip and the last day), Akershus for breakfast and CRT for dinner another night.

I was going to ask this same question. I just snagged a 8:10 reservation mainly to be in the park and try to beat the Anna and Elsa crowd, but I really do want the kids to meet the Princesses in Akershus, too. I assume you had enough time to meet all of the Princesses and then get out to the Anna and Elsa line before it was too long? How long did it take for all of the Princesses to get to your table? I will leave and get in line early if I have to, but I don't want to miss too much in Akershus.

Also, which Princesses are typically in Akershus? I have seen the lists, but it just says "some of the following could appear." Thank you!

Akershus was Belle (yellow gown) greeting, then inside was Ariel, Snow, Cinderella and Aurora.

I saw everyone except Cinderella - DH stayed with our DDs to see her. The princesses started coming to our table within 10 minutes. They do a parade around the restaurant with the kids - it is cute.

Ok great, thank you! I was just worried how quickly we could get done eating and meeting everyone and still get over to the Anna/Elsa line before the rope droppers. It sounds like we should be able to get everything mostly done. If I have to leave early then I will just have to do it. :)
