I was told by a CM today that you can book CRT online. I thought I read here that you can not book CRT of F! online because it requires a cc? Was the CM wrong again? I know she was wrong on what she told me about the rooms @ CBR....

CRT can be booked on-line. You'll be asked to enter your CC#. You will then be charged for the full price.
If you are on the DP, then you should call. Tell them you're on the dining plan, and they will take your CC#, but not charge it, unless you don't show-up.

I booked our CRT dinner on line and had to provide a cc#. I was also charged the full amount at time of booking. We pay OOP so if you have the dining plan, I think you will have to call them back or something to that nature, however, I am not sure on that.

That is correct. You can book online but a C.C. is taken and charged immediately. We have the DxDDP but we decided to pay OOP for CRT so we have 2 extra TS credits for each of us to use elsewhere. Besides, since I have already paid, kind of "out of sight, out mind" thinking when we do eat there in 2 1/2 months.

We paid OOP on our last trip, also. But, since we had the DP, we didn't have to pay until the meal. Why should I give Disney $240 for three months, interest free?

I booked our CRT ressie on line gave them my CC# and they did NOT charge my card up front. We were on the deluxe plan.

If you've booked the dining plan and are able to 'retrieve your reservation' without getting an error, it won't charge you. Otherwise, you have to pay in full.
