Crt Adr ?

Ok, I woke up this morning but my brain hasn't.

Now, I'm able to make our 180 CRT ADR next week. If by some miracle I actually am able to get it, , I have to have a credit card to make the reservation right?

Ok, now do they charge the card the day I make the reservations or just keep it on file if you are a no show and then charge it? We plan on using our DDP credits there if we are able to get it. Just call me confused.

If you're using the DDP, they won't charge a credit card the day you make your reservation, though they make take the number to hold it in case of a no-show.

Don't forget, if you're staying at a Disney Resort (and I assume you are based on using the DDP), you can actually make your CRT reservation 190 days from your arrival date. (Confused now? That one threw me for a loop, but it worked for me - I was 185 days out). It's something like the regular 180 days + 10 days for resort guests.

You can call 180 days before your check in date...the 10 days plus is that...If your check in is on the 7th and you are staying til the 16th, then you can do your ADR's all at once for the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, ect. thur 16th. So if can't get CRT for that day, you can ask for any available thru the 16th. (only upto 10days allowed). Remember, CRT the princesses are only at Breakfast and Lunch. Dinner is w/ fairygodmother and mice (you still see Cinderella and have a pic). I learned that the hard way with my Dinner at 5:30, the last day of our trip, but at least we get to eat in the castle.

No prob Its easy to get confused about some of this. I'm still hoping to get a CRT lunch in Dec....can hope for cancellations! At least the kids will see princesses in Epcot for breakfast. and we'll still get to eat at the castle, even if it's dinner. Everyone's looking foward to it

What if I haven't booked my vacation yet, so I wouldn't be in the system for DDP yet, will they charge the card the day I make the reservations or the day of the meal?

I'm hoping to get everything booked next week, if money allows. Had 2 kids with birthdays this month. But just in case, I still want to try to get in at CRT.

Oh yeah, we've already decided to try for lunch first and foremost.
