CRT ADR - Online or Call

I had an ADR but we changed around our trip and when we switched MK days I had to cancel our ADR. Of course I cannot get one on the new day. I am trying to make reservations for 2. Would I have better luck calling? Or will I have the same luck just checking online?

I am editing because I do not think I was clear above. I am wondering if calling they would put 2 of us at a 4 person table if it became available or no? Whereas online is looking just at 2 person tables? Or is online not looking just at 2 person tables when I search for 2 of us? Probably getting more confused now

I'm not really sure but I called today for a ressie then checked online and the same ressie was avail. so I imagine it is the same. I plan on asking this the next time I call. In the meantime I would try both. Good luck!

I have found that when you call they are able to check for an entire date range and times, while online a date range is possible for CRT, but you can only check at certain times, and have to keep changing your time. So it might be slightly easier to call.

They will not allow you to book at 4 person table for just 2 people. They have tables for 2 - which will fit 1-2. They have tables for 4, which will fit 3-4. So no, calling won't help you get a 4 person table, because they won't book you for that unless you have 3-4 people.

They ideally use the same inventory. There have been a few reports of more availability by calling, but I'd put that to timing and parameters more than inventory. Of course, it may be easier to call and just let them do the searching (you can't just put in "I want CRT sometime between x day and y day for any meal" into the online system and come out with a result, of course, you can do all the searches to cover that, but it takes time).
