CRT ADR and the MDE app

My booking window opens next week. When I was looking at how to schedule things on the MDE app on my iPad, it says call to book for CRT, but it gives times for the other restaurants. Do you always have to call for CRT, or is there a way to do it online?

I have always booked online - you do have to pay for it up front.

I have had to book online through the website. It apparently won't show up as available on the app.

I was told by IPO that anything requiring pre-payment cannot be booked on the app.
