CRT 8:45 PM Parade/fireworks ???

On the first night of our trip this July we have ADR for CRT at 8:45 PM.

I know we want to be at the castle around 8:30... how is it to get into the castle at this time... between the parade scheduled for 9 and the set up for fireworks??

The parade starts in the back of the park (frontierland??) at 9 right... can you still walk up main street at 8 -8:15?

I would guess with ADR at this time we would probably still be finishing up eating when the fireworks go off.. correct???

We also have the option for dinner at CRT at 4:15.. but I don't know when we will be able to get into our room at POR. and with EMH that night (til 2 AM) I don't know that I want to go to the park before we have our room... what to do?? what to do?? LOL

The parade starts in the front of the park at Town Square.

Can't really help with the rest, but yes, the hub in front of the castle will be crowded by that time. You can just enter the restaurant from the back though - depending on where you are when you want to head there - you can easily go through Tomorrowland to the bridge that leads up to the back side of the castle. Or the other side from Liberty Square (although it will start to be filling up for the parade then as well, but probably not as bad as Main Street).
