ok guys I am new to VMK 2 days, I want a crown but because I am new I have nothing to trade, so how do I get one thanks

Ok, we need to start with the basics! in the lower left corner is an "i". click on it and it will tell you the room name and instance of the room, for example "Space Mountain Quest Deck North-East"

Please find that for me so I can find you! I cannot find any Orange shirts and goofy hats!

To get a crown you have to trade for it. Lucky for you they were just sold at Halloween time, so there are many out there for trade. How do you get something to trade for it? Whenever a new pin is sold in the Emporium under specials, buy it. Whenever there is a Host game with a prize, play it. Whenever there is a new Quest on the Q button, play it. Whenever a new hat is sold, buy it. Whenever there is Holiday stuff, buy it. Get those items and in time you will have stuff that people may want to trade for.

I see that your 'address' under your title here says California. You have the potential to get things from Disneyland (Who doesn't need an excuse for regular visits) that a lot of us can't get. You have the opportunity to do a lot of trading in the future that way. There are people out there who stock up on the stuff from the game as they come out, just to wait for people who live 'somewhat' near the parks.

And of course playing the games, like fireworks, pirates and haunted mansion will also boost your credits.

some more " help" check out the codes listed in the sticky at the top of the forum. Type in those codes on vmk and build up some starting credits ( = vmk money ) To earn credits on VMK you play Fireworks, Haunted Mansion, jungle cruise and pirates. Pirates requires you pay 21 credits to play. Don't be discouraged if you don't do so well at these games at first... the more you play the better you will get and those credits will rack up in no time. Don't go on any big shopping sprees until you get some credit built up. Save the furniture shopping until later. When christmas items come out then go crazy. New items come out on mondays at various stores. Fridays there is usually a new pin for sale at the Emporium in/ on Main street. When you can afford it buy at least 2 of the new items. 1 to keep and 1 to trade. CL_Darasue and any of the other Dis Community leader are terrific people that can and will help you in any way you need. I'm not a CL but am willing to help you as well.

You'll love playing VMK and all the dissers that you come across.

I helped Birdmom a bit yesterday. When I logged on today, she had sent me a message stating that she thought someone was trying to con her out of her crown. Nice, isn't it? In the game, what, a week, and ppl are already scamming her? Arg!

Great I am going to Disneyland tomorrow, but I am not sure where to get stuff. I herd the bird hats were available there again but how do I get one? I just went to Disneyland last week and did the quest in the park.... that's how i found out about vmk!
