I think that was Michelle's and I don't think she is around. I have a similar one in my photobucket with the same crown...just placed a little differently. It is super simple to save the image as a jpeg. Then insert it into MS Word (if you have it) and insert a textbox over the image to personalize it for your friend. Here is a thread that explains how:

You can find the image in my 4shared file in the link in my signature. Then look in the "mickey head DISigns" file. If you like it and decide to personalize it for your friend and have problems personalizing it send me a pm and I can help.
