crowds

I am leaving for the poly in a little over a week. Can anyone tell me how the crowds have been? Specifically at MK and Epcot. Thanks in advance.

Just got back yesterday. We were mostly there for the waterparks this time, but we did get into the MK in the evenings. Crowds were pretty big, but not completely unbearable. I think if you're smart and use early entry or e-ride night, you'll be okay. (If you can't use either, get there as the parks open. We also found touring to be easy during the parades and fireworks.)

The weather was pretty typical July in Florida. It was beautiful and sunny every morning, clouded over in the afternoons (around 1-3) and cleared off around 5 - 6. Be prepared for the heat if you're going to tour during the day. (I'm a big fan of being in the room or pool from 1 until around 4.)

We got back Wed night and got there the 16th. I thought it was pretty crowded and very hot and humid. It did not cloud up every day which made it hotter. We had a good time, but I left saying it was our last trip during the month of July! We were there in July 2001 and it was not nearly as bad. Have fun!

We were there last weekend and the crowds at Epcot were light on Saturday probably due to the frequent rain showers. We even got to ride Mission Space TWICE!!

MGM was packed due to early opening for resort guests.

We found it to be very crowded and very very hot. Going in the morning and having a plan is the best. We did the morning part but didn't have a plan. Different members had different ideas so things didn't work like I wanted it to. When we went back in the afternoon or evening to do what we wanted to do we found that either the fastpasses where for during our dinner ressie or they ran out of fastpasses. We had to stand in line for about an hour to get on TOT because fastpasses ran out and my DD didn't ride it when we did have the FP (I rode it twice alone then). Go early and get your fastpasses.

Nice to see otro Cubano on the boards. I hope crowds are light when I go. Living in Florida you get used to the thunderstorms. Just part of the scenery.....

We were there 7/13 - 7/20. We were there the past two years in July and the crowds were definitely larger this year. Seems like a lot of newcomers. Hot as usual, but if you take breaks and drink a lot of water, it's not too bad.

We just returned on Wednesday. All I can say is that it was VERY hot and humid. I don't think we will do July again.

It was crowded, but, surprisingly, we didn't stand in any really long lines (we did not do MK, however). We were at Epcot last Friday afternoon and everything we did was practically a walk on. The only long line was for Test Track, but since I work for General Motors, I don't have to stand in that line.

We went to MGM last Saturday. We got there about 9:30 a.m. and stood in line for about 20 minutes for Tower of Terror. Rock'n Rollercoaster was not working that day. Great Movie ride was about 15 minute line. Millionnaire, Muppets and Backlot Tour were all walkons.

We had fun, but the heat was brutal.

We were there right before July 4th, and suprisingly, the crowds at MK were not bad at opening, but were busy by 11 a.m. Epcot crowds were virtually non-existence, again we went in the early a.m., but we didn't do the thrill rides there.

We did not do EE, although we were on-site. We went to the parks on the day AFTER they had EE. We did make PS's for breakfast before the parks opened, so we got there early.

USE FASTPASS!!!
