I’m not sure how much of an impact this actually has on crowd levels and by no means trying to get political, but I’m n the medical field and this past week I saw close to 10 patients (almost 2/day) who have never been to Disney and are now able to go bc of tax reform. It is my understanding they either received bonuses or saved from additional dollars added n their paycheck. I know this has not impacted everyone; however, people travel more when economy improves... just a guess

One year we decided to go President's Week because up north we got off school that week. It was SO CROWDED!! And there were so many Europeans there totally confused why that week was so bad, we explained the holiday and how many schools closed for the week (by us the parents pulled their kids if school wasn't out for ski vacations). They all said they needed to pay better attention to our holidays when they booked since they could easily have come before or after.
