Crowds the Monday after Thanksgiving? Which park?

We will be arriving the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We are planning our first park day to be Monday.
How bad are crowds the Monday after Thanksgiving?
We will be staying at CBR until Wednesday, so I was planning on HS or Epcot Monday and Tuesday.
If it will still be busy by Monday which park should we choose? I’m thinking Epcot will be really busy with the new ride being open then?
I need to figure out which park to go to Monday and Tuesday between HS and Epcot. We leave CBR on Wednesday and thought the skyliner would be good for those two parks while staying at CBR.
Any help will be appreciated!

In the past, the Monday after Thanksgiving was typically a lower crowd day for us. We used to plan on it. But nothing is typical right now. My thought would be that EP might not be too bad that day, but hard to tell. You're right, Ratatouille could bring in the crowds. On the other hand, it's in between festivals, so the F&W crowd won't be filtering in. Your idea to utilize the convenience of Skyliner from CBR is a good one. I'd stick with those 2 parks those days.

I was thinking of changing my days to arrive after that weekend. I’m not sure though. I’m trying to figure out what days are most crowded.

YES count us in. We actually arrive Saturday but no park that day. Our first park is AK. We figured crowds would be filtering out and wouldn’t be heading there. Our next choice was EP figuring it’s a huge park and we can enjoy the Festival of the Holidays. Enjoy ur trip!!

It’s hard to decide which park for Sunday and Monday. I was thinking the same thing AK or Epcot. MK has an after hours event and HS is the smallest park that doesn’t hold crowds well.
