Has anyone gone during this time? I was hoping for a little insight since we're trying to plan a trip for this fall.

Thanks everyone.:flower3:

This is usually the week we go and find the crowds to be very light....everytime. Especially Monday and Tuesday....Last time on the Tuesday we felt like we were the only ones in DCA. Lines are short and its easy to get around. Of course the end of the week and the weekend get busier....

Have fun

Becky

I went last year on the Wednesday and Thursday after Thanksgiving (Nov. 29 & 30).

Crowds were very light. I was able to walk on HM, Buzz and Mr. Toad multiple times. Wait times elsewhere (POTC, IASW, BTMR) were maybe 5 minutes. Even Indy and Space Mountain only had posted wait times of about 15 minutes (though I still FastPass'd them). I think the longest I waited for anything was for Peter Pan - about 15 minutes mid-day! DCA was so quiet, there were only 8 of us plunging in the elevator at Tower of Terror.

I'm planning on going at the same time this year, and have already made my room reservations. Based upon my experience, it's the perfect time to experience DLR decked out for the Holidays, but without the crowds!

This is the exact time of our annual trip for the past seven years. Crowds are light, but we've noticed that with the passing years it is getting a bit more crowded - but still great wait times. Usually the CP is that following weekend, so Friday (week following Thanksgiving) can be very crowded.

You will love this time. The Parks are decorated for Christmas, do not miss Small World Holiday and the HM Nightmare overlay, enjoy the Christmas Parade and do not miss Santa's Reindeer Roundup (decorate a cookie while listening to music and sipping a hot chocolate!)

It is truly a magical time.

Thanks everyone.

The week after Thanksgiving sounds promising.:thumbsup2

I wish the DL/DCA calender was more extensive like the WDW calendar. It makes planning a trip difficult when you don't know what's going on in the parks. We'll take our chances though.;)
