Crowds Sun-Wed vs Wed-Sat after Thanksgiving?

Last year we went Wed - Sat the week after Thanksgiving. Wed and Thursday were great with close to no wait for most rides. As the day went on Friday and on Saturday it got CRAZY crowded (it was the Candlelight Processional weekend and big DTD sale). I am wondering if we might be better off going Sunday - Wednesday. Are the Thanksgiving crowds gone by Sunday afternoon? I can't remember - what time do the parks close Sunday - Wednesday? I think they have parades and fireworks every night during the holiday season, right? Thanks for your help!

On the Sunday after Thanksgiving it will still be crowded and should have a midnight closing. But starting Monday it will be short hours probably 10-8.

The Holiday festivities go all the way through.
