Crowds on New Years Evening

By the time we arrive at POFQ on New Years Day, check in, unpack and eat, it should be at least 6:00 p.m. Wondering if it would be worth it to go to Epcot for a couple hours or just take the boat to DD. The thing about Epcot would be waiting in humongous lines to get the bus back to our resort, and we'll be tired from a long drive down. Of course DD will be packed too, I'm sure. Decisions, decisions ...
