Crowds on last day of holiday happenings?

Our trip starts on the last day of the holiday activities at Disneyland. Any thoughts on how nuts that day will be? Should I plan on long wait times and big crowds for the parades and fireworks? Given that we have only 1 day to hit the Holiday high points, I'd appreciate any must do suggestions. We are World veterans but Land newbies. Are the food booths in DCA worth the time? If yes, any thoughts on how crowded they will be on the final days?

Yes, plan on long wait times and big crowds for the parades and fireworks. It gets pretty crazy on those last few days of the holiday activities.

The food booths at DCA are worth it in my opinion. On the final days they will be crowded.

Thank you. Would you hit the food booths over lunch times or over dinner times or doesn't it matter?

Are you referring to the December holidays? If so, there is usually a week or two between when the holiday decorations come down and the Lunar New Year celebration in DCA. Did you read somewhere that the booths are going to be open earlier next year?

The first few days, the food booths are packed with influencers trying to get their images. After that, it calms down. You can buy a Sip and Savor pass that gives you a slight discount if you are purchasing multiple items. It can also be used over multiple days. For some booths, you can order multiple items at one booth, and pick up at another. However, there are a few booths where you need to order at that location.

The booths normally open around 10:30 or 11. In my experience, they start to get crowded around 11 am when park hoppers come over from Disneyland. It stays crowded most of the afternoon.

Thank you. Yes, I mean the Dec Holdiays. The Disney web site says the Holidays go through 1/7/24 so that is the info I am running on.
