So I have consulted a couple crowd calendars & logged in our choices on touringplans--quite pleased at the actual wait times they estimate!
We are there 9 days; we have a 3 day Universal hopper pass & a 7 day WDW hopper pass (they were buy 2 days get 1 free/buy 4 days get 3 free, so the overlap is what it is)
This is 3rd family WDW trip; DD & I did WDW & US 2 years ago for dance team. Kids are 16, 18, 21.
We are thinking a day at each park, 2 at EPCOT (their fav)--probably somewhat divided between the 2 parts of EPCOT.
That leaves us 2 extra days. Sunday of Memorial Day weekend is showing up as crazy crowded at every park so I am considering skipping parks that day--maybe swim, relax, who knows. DH & I did MK on a very rainy Xmas 20 years ago & have NO interest in revisiting that madness.
It seems odd to me that the rest of our trip puts most parks at more moderate crowds.
Does anyone have experience with this time of year & can confirm?
Should we avoid all parks on that Sunday?
THANKS!
