Crowds in mid October.

I'm wondering how crowded the parks will be in mid October. DH and I are heading down for a long weekend and also to go to the F&W Festival for the first time.

Now I know I'm going to want to head over to the MK at least once, and was wondering how the crowds will be.

And...do you think I'd need ADRs that time of the year?

I've never been to WDW in the fall so I don't know what to expect. Now if I were going in July or August; no problem!!!

2 problems

1st--- it is F&WF time expect a decent crowd

2nd---your taking a long weekend ( weekends bring in the locals every wkend) since they don't have far to travel

we go every OCT now for the F&WF and the crowds are managable.
I would make ADR now we tried to get into Germany and couldn't

we are ther OCT 12/20 the wk before the Funai golf tourn

Thanks for the information. But are we talking "July and August" type of crowds or not that bad? I really don't care. I'm just trying to get an idea.
