Crowds in late February?

I just saw where the seasons were announced for next year, and I noticed that "Peak" starts in mid-February. I was surprised, because I was not figuring that it would be that crowded in February. What kind of crowds have you experienced for late February? Thanks.

We went to disney for the first time 2-28-05 to 3-6-05. While this was our first and only trip until this next christmas and I have nothing to compare it too, I didn't think it was very busy at all. One day DH and kids rode splash mountain 4 times in a row with little to no wait. We used fastpass for all the rides that we could and the longest line was 40 minutes to ride peter pan!! (i know???)

If it weren't for the fact that I am in clinicals for nursing now, we would have gone back at that time again in a heartbeat!!! Good luck!!!
