Crowds in late August

How bad or good are the crowds the last week in August (especially as far as wait times go)?

The crowds are low-ish. (I say low-ish because I'm not sure what low is anymore at WDW)

It's a great week to go, if you can handle the heat and the daily storms! We go every year that week.

I've gone in late August for several years, and the crowds are definitely lower because a lot of the kids are already back at school. If you can deal with the heat, then it's a good time to go. I will say though that the crowds that week seem to have increased as each year has passed but I think that could be said of the crowds in WDW in general and not just that time of year.
