Crowds for April 22 to 29

Does anyone have any idea if school vacation is over after April 22 and how the crowds might be.

Some of the information I have been gathering for my family's trip (April 29 -May 6) indicates low crowd levels. A 2 of a 1-5 scale. This does not exactly match your dates, but it is close.

It shouldn't be too crowded. Not as empty as say Jan. But it is in between Spring and Easter breaks and the end of the school year, so it is calm.

Some schools are off from 4/24-4/28. But I don't know how crowded it will really be. I would estimate it to be somewhat crowded but not like Christmas or Presidents week.

here are the predicted crowd levels for your dates... on a scale of 1 - 10... It looks like the first couple day you're there will be fairly crowded but the last couple days look to be pretty good...

Some of New England schools have that week off. New Hampshire, and another state (can't remember) have it off. Massachusetts schools are off this week.

My daughter's school is out for Spring Break next week and we will be there!! Most of the Texas schools have already had their Spring Break. We still have a Winter Break, so that is why our Spring Break is so late.

One thing to consider is that Friday and Saturday the 28th and 29th are grad night days. Normally that means that there will be a good amount of high school seniors from around the country at the resorts and parks. There are currently no available rooms in the value or moderate resorts for that weekend, so take that for what it's worth....

We're on our way tonight--NH school break is next week. (It seems like half of the state is going this year, but thats ok--you could fit most of NH into CBR).

**I've never used this so from a first hand perspective I can't say how reliable it is** - however, from what I hear they do a pretty good job of predicting... and I'm going May3 - May9 so I guess I'll soon find out...

Florida grads, yes. about 40% of the grad night crowd however is made up of non florida residents, from around the country. So you will run into a few teens.

Have you been down there during Grad Nights? What is it like? I have heard that it is not too bad. How bad do you think the crowds will be affected? Thanks for you help.

Grad nights are also on the 5th and 6th. I had planned on MK on the 6th but now it seems to be closing early because of the grad night. Am I confused or misinformed? Why close it if the grads are there?
