Crowds/EMH/Park hours/DLH in Early Jan?

Hi,
I want to DLP 5th-8th Jan 09 mainly so I can still see a little bit of the xmas celebrations when it is quieter and cheaper than before xmas.
Does anyone have any idea what the crowds will be like? The British kids are back at school but are the French Kids? It's Monday to Thurs so I'm guessing it will be quiet with short queues for the rides?
Also any ideas about EMH and park hours? How is the Disneyland Hotel at xmas?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to get everything straight so I can book pretty soon,

If this can help Italian kids are off school till Jan 6th but it's more likely Italians go on the sky slopes those days - but me i hate snow with all my heart LOL

EMH is only stated until September at the moment & it hasn't been stated how they are going to continue after. Although I think the parks are a lot quieter in January.

The parks were ever so quite the last week of January, i think the cold weather scared everyone away lol.
Hope they are not as busy when we go 5-8th aswell.

We also like to go at this time of year as its lovely and quiet but you can still get the tail end of the xmas celebrations.
