Just started planning a rather spur-of-the-moment spring break trip for DH and I . We have ressies at POR (never stayed there before, so any opinions or suggestions would be great) for March 26-April 3. We usually go at less crowded times, but it just didn't work out this time. How are the crowds? I would like this to be a relaxing trip (we were just there in July of 2003, so I don't feel like we have to run around like crazy to fit everything in) with not a lot scheduled, but I am guessing we will still need PS for most meals. Am I right? Also the way I got DH to agree to this trip was by billing it as an "Atlanta Braves Spring Training Trip". Most of the ball games are at 1:05 in the afternoon. How does this affect the rest of your day? Thanks! :D

I have reservations for the same week at CBR. I would like that answer too. I have been in Orlando for spring break that last two years, but it was Easter week. We were at Universal with FOTL, so didn't feel the crowds there. Thought since it was not bordering Easter on either side, it might not be too bad.

How was CBR last summer?

CBR was great! We stayed in Trinidad North, which was very quiet but only a 3 minute walk to the food court and the main pool. Food court was ok - I'd consider eating elsewhere. We were often the only people in the quiet pool.
