We are going down to walt disney world on the wednesday before Labor day weekend for the free dining! i would like to know how bad the crowds are? Please?

We were there 2 years ago and I found the crowds to be good except for MGM...there were having something to do with a radio station..Al Joyner (sorry if I got the name wrong!) family reunion which was held at MGM on the Sat of that weekend which made it very busy but I'm not sure if that is an annual event. That year was the first year, I think, of free dining so I'm wondering with the popularity of free dining if it's busier now.

we will be there for the free dining this year too! i am also nervous about the labor day crowds. we were there last year the week before for the free dining, some rides had no wait at all and most were 5-10 mins!! I am just hoping that labor day weekend will be the same. I think that florida schools will already be back in session so that may help with the crowds.

Labor Day is not too bad - better than Independence Day and Memorial Day, IMHO. A lot of schools are back in session - many Orlando schools go back early in August.

We will also be there from 8/30 - 9/3..We usually go during in Feb. near Presidents day [weekish]..Thanks for the info!!
