Crowds During Disney Triathlon Weekend

How are they? I only have one day in the parks (hopefully Saturday at AK), what will the crowds be like? What will the crowds be like at Blizzard Beach? We're thinking about doing that on Sunday after the triathlon. Will be nice to go fast for once.

Triathlon weekend is Sept 22-24. Tri is on Sunday, Sept 24.

The triathalon crowd is large, but moves very quickly.

I really hope the crowd with the triathlon doesn't interfere to much with our plans! Oh well we will just go with the flow and not worry!!
