Hi! We're going to WDW a couple days before Mother's Day and leaving the day after. It will be me, DH, DD (3) and my mother-in-law. Just curious about crowds and wait times for princesses. We were there in Aug and Dec 2015. Im guessing lower crowds than the summer. Also, we'd all really like to do Soarin, but priority will be FEA for my daughter. What are the wait times for FEA and Soarin' during this time? Still 60min+with the exception of RD and closing? Are 4th FPs ever available for Soarin? Thanks for any info.

We went Mother's Day weekend in 2012, so that was a while ago. It was wonderful. We did Epcot on Mother's Day itself and it was completely lovely with the f and g festival.

I would recommend getting FP for:
1. Frozen (best use of FP)
2. Epcot character stop
3. Your choice

I would venture to say you have a good chance of a soarin FP if you complete your first 3 by 12ish at that time of year.

You could also attempt Akerhus prepark breakfast to meet lots of princesses and get on frozen, and use your tier 1 FP for soarin. If you can get a reservation and afford it, that would be a great way to go.

Epcot also has lots of opportunities to meet princesses around the World Showcase - the meet and greet times are posted. If you get in line 20 min before scheduled appearance you should do well.

Lines for MK princesses at Fairytale hall have always been long when we've gone (at least 45 min), so I would recommend FP'ing those if they are a priority.

You will have a great trip, have fun!
