Crowds and Itin. Help for Feb 7-12th

I need help!

What are crowds like Feb 7th-12th. Also we need help planning itinerary.... this is our first trip. We'll be there Saturday afternoon Through Thursday afternoon. ANY suggestions will help greatly. Also, what should we pack to wear?

First of all...Welcome to the DIS!
We will be there at the same time, I see. I'm sure plenty of people here will be more than happy to give you some opinions! Maybe more opinions that you'll even want...LOL

Will you have Ultimate Park Hoppers (length of stay passes)? Or Park Hopper tickets for a set number of days...5 maybe?

Crowds should be pretty low. No waits on some things, very short waits on others is what I'm expecting/hoping for!
